Daytime visitors are limited to 5 additional people unless prior approval is obtained from the owners

Overnight occupancy is limited to 8 people

 A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveway at one time 

2 additional cars can be in the garage,  contact us and we can provide access to the garage via the MyQ app

We have a Tesla charger in the garage!
